In Acts 10:24-33, we read how Peter met the Roman centurion Cornelius in the city of Caesarea. Cornelius was a God-fearing gentile. An angel told him to send men to Jaffa to fetch Peter. On arrival in Caesarea, Peter told Cornelius and his family of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit came on all those who heard Peter, and the gentiles were baptized.

Peter met Cornelius in the city of Caesarea (Acts 10 23-25). Cornelius was a Centurion of an Italian regiment. God sent an angel to him and told him to send men to go and look for Peter and invite him to his house. We read that Peter listened to the angel and went to Cornelius's house.
