When John saw Jesus first coming toward him, what did he say?

When John the Baptist first saw Jesus he said: "Look the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world." (John 1:36)
In Matthew 3:13-17, we read how Jesus came to John to be baptized and John said “I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?”
