What does the North represent in the Bible?

I find it interesting that the cardinal directions have biblical symbolism. What does North signify in the Bible?

Bible scholars believe that the north is the place of celestial dwelling. The north is pointing to the sky, and according to Bible scholars, this signifies eternal and permanent.
The north represented by the left hand symbolises disaster. This is the dwelling of the enemies of God's people.
