Can we do a self-guided walking tour of Jaffa?
I think it would be more fun to do a self-guided tour, and if you find something interesting to be able to dwell further down the rabbit hole rather than be forced to move with the group. Is it possible to do a self-guided tour? Do they provide maps?

Absolutely! Go to the Jaffa tourist information center in the heart of Old Jaffa, and they will provide you with a map showing all the highlights. It is easy to explore Jaffa independently, and everything is within walking distance. See the port, lanes, markets, museums, and parks.
