Hiking through the Black Canyon (or Nakik HaShachor) takes a full day. Since this is an unmarked hike in a closed national park, you need to book your guide in advance. Ninety percent of the hike is near or in the water, roughly the same amount of it is downhill, but it´s recommended to be in good shape for it.
