Bethlehem is located in the Southern part of the Judean Mountains. The Judean Mountains is a mountain range in Israel and the West Bank. Several important Biblical cities are located here. The Judean Desert is part of the Judean Mountains thus is Bethlehem part of the Judean Desert.
