Frequently Asked Questions

Every Artza Box includes 7+ full-size products, all made in Israel by local artisans, small businesses, farmers and makers.

Each season explores a different biblical place or story through a beautiful mix of Israeli foods and treats, spices, handmade homeware, artisan gifts, faith-inspired pieces and more, accompanied by stories, Scripture, recipes and experiences that bring the Holy Land to life.

If you subscribe today, your first box will be the Jesus Trail Box, inspired by the path from Nazareth to Capernaum.

Both plans receive the exact same seasonal Artza Boxes.

• Seasonal: Pay for one box at a time, every three months.
• Annual: Prepay for all four seasonal boxes, save 10% on every box, and receive a FREE Welcome Box - five boxes in total.

Each Artza box includes over $180+ worth of value, and many items are made exclusively for our subscribers.

Never. Every single item in every box is new, exclusive, and thoughtfully chosen to surprise and delight you.

We collaborate with small businesses, charities, and artisans who rely on your support to thrive. With each box, you're directly supporting up to 9 small Israeli businesses. Every item within your box is meticulously selected and designed to ensure you receive the finest gifts from Israel. Quality is our unwavering priority, and we never compromise on delivering excellence to your doorstep.

The boxes themselves are not customisable, every subscriber receives the same curated selection for that season. However, every active subscriber gets exclusive access to the Artza Subscriber Store, where you can purchase additional individual pieces from Israel between deliveries.

Every Artza box directly supports the families, artisans, small businesses, and charities inside it. With each box, you're directly supporting up to 9 Israeli businesses, from small family farms to artisan workshops. Our boxes also support charities doing real work across the Holy Land, from food relief to youth and disability support.

Artza partners with 42+ charities across Israel, including organisations supporting at-risk youth, adults with disabilities, and community relief efforts. Some of our partners include Susan's House in Jerusalem, ADI - The Ability Boutique, and 424 Salt at the Dead Sea. Each seasonal box features items connected to one or more of these organisations, and their stories are shared inside every delivery.

Artza is rooted in faith and designed primarily for Christians who love Israel and want to connect more deeply with the Holy Land. That said, anyone who appreciates handcrafted Israeli products, wants to support the people of Israel, or is curious about the land and its stories is warmly welcome. The box is designed to bring joy, meaning, and connection to anyone who opens it.
