INGREDIENTS

2 heaped spoonful’s “Powder mix for Sachlab”

1 ¼ cups of milk (any milk)

1 spoonful of “Sachlab nut mix”

INSTRUCTIONS

SACHLAB INSTRUCTIONS

To start: Mix two heaped spoonful’s of “sachlab powder mix” with half a cup of milk, mix thoroughly until all clumps are gone. Heat up 3/4 cup of milk on a low flame, once hot – pour in the sachlab powder milk mix. Continuously and gently stir until the texture is thick and creamy. Pour into a mug, sprinkle with the schlub nut mix, throw in a cinnamon stick and enjoy!

MALABI INSTRUCTIONS

This is just a continuation of Sachlab. Once the Sachlab is ready, pour the mixture into small desert cups and place them in the fridge for 8 hours. The texture will thicken into a puddling like texture. Once ready, take them out of the fridge and sprinkle the Sachlab nut mix over each cup as an added topping. Enjoy as a dessert eaten with a spoon 😊
