Can I put sugar cookies with royal icing in the fridge?
Hello everyone. I'm going to make sugar cookies this Christmas. I'm just wondering if I can put them in the fridge without them going soggy?

Royal icing does not freeze well. Once the cookies have completely dried, they can be stored in an airtight container with waxed paper in between each layer. Or in an airtight bag in a single layer. You can store them at room temperature for up to one week.
