I know they predominantly speak Hebrew in the holy land, Israel, so how would you say Merry Christmas?

Wishing someone merry Christmas in Israel, you can do so in English. Saying it in Hebrew, you can say Chag Molad Sameach (Khahg sah-MEH-ahkh) meaning happy festival of the birth. In Aramaic, you say Eedookh Breekha which means blessed be your Christmas.

According to research, if you are in Israel, where they practice their Israeli culture, you can simply say “Merry Christmas” in English language if you want to wish someone a Merry Christmas. The translation of Merry Christmas in Hebrew is “khag molad sameakh”. In Hebrew, Christmas translates as Khag Ha’Molad, while Sameakh means “happy” or “merry”.
