Israeli foods are influenced by Jewish and Mediterranean cuisines and the flavours of the Middle East. There is fish and barbecued meats, but many of the best Israeli foods are vegetarian or vegan friendly with lots of spices, seasonings and herbs. Food like Falafel, Sabich Sandwich, Israeli Eggplant and Freekeh Vegetable soup.
