It depends on why you are going there, to settle or for sightseeing. Negev is home to 8% of the Israeli population. For sightseeing, it is a beautiful sight to behold. If you have never been to a desert before, you will find the landscape very fascinating. It has a very unique geographical formation: makhteshim, unique crater-like landforms that you won’t find anywhere else in Israel.
