According to Matthew 4:13, Jesus left Nazareth to dwell in Capernaum after meeting temptation in the wilderness. Jesus also performed several miracles in Capernaum. It was in Capernaum that Jesus healed the servant of a Roman centurion(Like 7:1-10, Matthew 8:5). In Mark 2:1-12 and Like 5:17-26, Jesus healed a paralytic lowered by friends through thr roof.
