What is the Christmas novena prayer?
Asked 4 years ago
Hi, I'm a Christian priest, and I'm somewhat familiar with novena prayers. I want to incorporate a novena prayer into our Christmas this year. Does anyone know Father Vachetta's prayer that he wrote?

The Advent novena prayer of St. Andrew is prayed 15 times a day from the 30th November (the Feast of St. Andrew) until Christmas Day. The prayer can be said 15 times together or throughout the day. The novena asks G_d to grant our requests in honour of the birth of His son, Jesus. It was written by Father Vachetta to encourage his congregation to open their hearts, and eagerly await the coming of Christ.
