Well, it would seem He was there more than once. In the book of Matthew chapter 21 verse one, " As they approached Jerusalem and came to Bethphage on the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two disciples". This is one instance, but I don't know if they entered the mount of olives or they were just close to it. Also, Matthew 26:30 says "And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives". This was referring to Jesus and His disciples.
