There is no definite answer to this question. If you search through the new testament, you’ll find out that no verse gave the actual age of Joseph or Mary when she gave birth. However due to the following reasons, some Bible scholars have often said that Mary was likely in her teenage age when she gave birth to Jesus.
1. Jesus was Mary’s first child as Mary was a virgin when the holy spirit made her to conceive.
2. The average age for Jewish females to get married is in their teenage, just after puberty.
