What was Jesus' message to the people in Galilee in Matthew 4:23?

Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people (Matthew 4:23). This means that Jesus was telling the people about God and what can be looked forward to while doing good deeds.
