Who was the first anointed king in Jerusalem in the Bible?

Hi all, I was bible studying and I wanted to know who the first king of Jerusalem in the bible was. Thank you for your answers!

According to 1 Samuel 10:9-27, Samuel anointed Saul with oil to be the first king of Israel. Before Sauls’ anointing, Israel did not have a monarchy. In ancient Israel, the religious leaders and teachers governed the people of Israel.
