If so, where in the Bible does it mention Jesus birth?

No, Jesus' birthdate is not stated in the Bible. Experts don't really know why we celebrate Christ's birth on December 25th but the tradition started hundreds of years ago. December 25th could have been chosen to replace the pagan celebration of Winter Solace. Based on historical records and biblical descriptions of Herod the Great, some experts believe Jesus may have been born between 6BC-4BC.
